Don't want strangers destroying your Linen? We have Linen hire available and a great price! We do not use bottom flat sheets, we use fitted which is better for guest staying more then one night. Fluffier towels, hand towels, face towels and bath towels.

Stock Supply

The Little things! We can supply everything needed at a fee or you can just get your own stock cupboard sorted out with a lock on it, easy to do and easy to replenish as we will let you know when you start to run out of the items needed. If unable to deliver them yourself? Just send it to our P.O.Box

Our Quote for your Airbnb Cleaning, Holiday Rental Cleaning, B&B Cleaning is the same across the calendar year. No extra fees for Sunday nor public holidays. The Only exceptions to this rule are: We do not work Christmas day and New Years Day + we charge 50% extra for boxing day

WHAT ABOUT LATE CHECKOUT REQUESTS?

If a Late check out is given to a client you must let us know in advance of our preparation the night before if known.

If a late check-out has been given and we have not been notified and send a team member to your holiday rental that is unable to perform the job, it may incur a fee as our team are amazing and kind but can not drive around for free.

In other words it would be kind to check what time we have your house scheduled for with a quick phone call to our team if its a last minute issue from the guest.

How do you hire The Maids Linen in Torquay?

To Hire Linen from The Maids you have to be a registered client and then the rest is easy.

$35 for any double occupancy

Sheet set (One top sheet and One fitted) includes pillow cases

This way you never have to worry about strangers using and damaging your own Linen, its actually recommended to hire Linen due to technical issues that could occur and your return on investment if you buy your own is low and a gamble but you still have that option.

To have Laundry done by The Maids you have to be a registered client and then the rest is easy.

We “Very” highly recommend buying everything white so it is able to be bleached, it must also be labeled with a name (Yours or the Property name) + the sheet size so it is easy for us to match them up when they are ready to fold.

Keep in mind, we always do a great job of everything we do but sometimes things may need a miracle more than the expertise.

Do The Maids need a personal Key for the Airbnb/Holiday Rental?

The Maids surf Coast Cleaning Service would prefer to Have a set of keys of our own to hold onto,

Reasons:

Its Faster for us to operate
Guest can lose keys, its our bet that you don’t want to be cancelling bookings due to no key, If one is lost we can help get a new one if we have a spare of our own on hand ( it cost little to have this done and can save a lot of issues in the future ).
If The is a stock Cupboard, we would like our own key to this as well

Can The Maids do Same Day Cleanings on the Surf Coast

Are The Maids Able To take Note of Our Short Term Rental's Décor

After our first Clean of The Property and preparation for your Holiday rental’s/ Airbnb Guests, We take the opportunity to take note of everything we consider to be important by photographing everything we can and adding to your file for future reference.

It is unlikely we have to use this in the future but there has been a couple of instances where it has played a part in solving issues with the departing guest

What Happens if I Have Unruly Guest that leave the house in a mess?

Yes, This is an important read as an Airbnb Host, Holiday Rental owner, BnB operator of any kind.

The Maids will still complete the job at hand and in time for your next guest come hell or high water! We have a team and in an emergency we can reprioritize any Airbnb’s / holiday rentals cleaning staff numbers with great communication from our team.

However, we will need to forward the cost to you (The Host ) who we expect and hope forward it on to the guest. You have a part to play as a host in creating discipline in the industry.

Property instruction Tips:

Please leave the holiday rental the way you found it, it is expected from you as the guest.
If the place is left in poor condition, there maybe extra fees for your stay.
If you have a pet or pet’s and they have left a large amount Hair everywhere, you will have to do your best to remove as much as possible, particularly from the bed and the furniture or extra fees will be applied.

Do The Maids Have After Hours Support

Providing Senior Management is Still Awake, We can help with a number of issue.

We wont go into details about what they can be as there is a long list “some strange and some not so strange” If we are able to help we will!

We have been exposed to a number of problem solving issues and have helped a lot of our Host’s in there time of need.

Do The Maids have Cancellation Fees?

No, we understand the industry and we take the risk just like you do.

Do keep our team up to date with booking changes, if we send a team member out and the guest is still there as they changed the booking and we were not informed of it, we will pay the team member for an hour of there time and be forwarding it to you on your invoice.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups all purpose | plain flour, (290 g | 10 oz)
1/4 cup granulated sugar or sweetener, (60g | 2 oz)
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups milk, (440ml)
1/4 cup butter, (60g | 2 oz)
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 large egg

INSTRUCTIONS

- Combine together the flour, sugar (or sweetener), baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large-sized bowl. Make a well in the centre and add the milk, slightly cooled melted butter, vanilla and egg.
- Use a wire whisk to whisk the wet ingredients together first before slowly folding them into the dry ingredients. Mix together until smooth (there may be a couple of lumps but that’s okay).
  (The batter will be thick and creamy in consistency. If you find the batter too thick — doesn’t pour off the ladle or out of the measuring cup smoothly — fold a couple tablespoons of extra milk into the batter at a time until reaching desired consistency).
- Set the batter aside and allow to rest while heating up your pan or griddle.
- Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over low-medium heat and wipe over with a little butter to lightly grease pan. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan and spread out gently into a round shape with the back of your ladle or measuring cup.
- When the underside is golden and bubbles begin to appear on the surface, flip with a spatula and cook until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.

Serve with honey, maple syrup, fruit, ice cream or frozen yoghurt, or enjoy plain!
